The Asset Protection Supervisor for our facility conducts detailed intermediate investigations on all issues including but not limited to Loss/theft, Workplace violence, courier/vendor, Workers compensation injuries. Communicates findings of all investigations with appropriate members of management.
 
Job Responsibilities:


Conducts detailed intermediate investigations on all issues including but not limited to Loss/theft, Workplace violence, courier/vendor, Workers compensation injuries. Communicates findings of all investigations with appropriate members of management.

Identifies actual or potential occurrences of shrink in all areas of the facility.

Reviews Corporate/Facility exception-based reports, records, and/or systems to identify possible loss of Company assets. Responsible for security and safety auditing to ensure compliance with internal controls and local/federal laws and regulations. Directs the review and evaluation of asset protection systems to include electronic article surveillance, use of closed circuit TV, mirrors, door seal programs, Traccess Trailer locks, card access, and other programs.

Maintains proper operation of fire sprinkler systems, fire and burglar alarms, closed circuit camera systems, electronic trailer locks, and other security devices to ensure effective protection of employees, company assets and physical properties.

Supervises the monitoring of all traffic entering and exiting the facility including secured areas. Conducts periodic inspections/audits of off-site storage facilities.

Conducts individual and group training sessions to educate Facility employees in regards to the Company's and Facility's goals and objectives including the awareness of Asset Protection programs.

Communicates with product vendors, courier services, DEA, OSHA, local Law Enforcement, and local Fire Departments.

Prepares comprehensive, timely, and detailed case reports on all inquiries, interviews, and surveys on which appropriate Company personnel can take corrective action or implement policy changes.

Appears as a witness and gives depositions or direct testimony at criminal trials, unemployment compensation hearings, EEOC hearings, arbitration hearings, and other similar legal proceedings.

Manages Asset Protection Officers and schedules their shifts. Reviews Incident reports submitted by Asset Protection Officers to ensure they meet with department standards.


 

 


 



Job Requirements 

Basic Qualifications:


High school diploma / GED and at least 1 year of experience as an asset protection officer or equivalent (such as a security officer, guard, etc.)

Knowledge of Distribution Center and Transportation operations

Knowledge of developments in the security industry that relate to role responsibilities/functions of asset protection

Experience providing training and developing process documentation / user manuals for asset protection

At least 1 year of experience operating asset protection systems and facility equipment

Experience supervising others (training; assigning work; motivating)

Basic experience with spreadsheets, databases and word processing programs (creating documents, entering data, formatting text)

Experience working with security systems, such as CCTV, card access, and fire intrusion alarm systems


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree

We need a well experienced female dermatologist with a good experience in laser treatment to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in full-time basis.

JOB SUMMARY
Assures timely response and follow-up to action items generated via CHW and Internal Audits. Assures timely responses to Medicare transmittals and other coding compliance issues. Conducts monthly documentation review audits and prepares report for the Ongoing Documentation Record Review Committee, and appropriate medical staff departments. Monitors progress with System and HIM/Coding benchmarks and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure adherence and achievement of metrics. Assists the Director of HIM in assuring compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA, Title XXII, Joint Commission, and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Assists the Director of HIM in the oversight of departmental operations including customer service and revenue cycle. Assists the Director of HIM in completion of performance evaluations. Assists the Director of HIM in training, orienting and monitoring HIM staff. In the absence of the Director, assumes responsibility for the department and performs related duties. Demonstrates efficient and effective communication skills and methods, both verbal and written. Keeps abreast of new knowledge and current trend within professional field and apply as appropriate. Maintains a working knowledge of all departmental functions. Integrates the values and goals of the department to the organization’s overall direction, goals, and objectives and to the day-to-day management issues. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other hospital personnel.Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS
-RHIA/RHIT and CCS credentials preferred
-RHIA/RHIT eligible with receipt of credential within 6 months of hire required
-One year of management experience with demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
-Working knowledge of current requirements/regulations governing health information management.
